Computing cabinets - Gaia
Liquid cooled computing cabinet with integrated power distribution, safety features, and centralized management software
Gaia is a self‑contained, liquid‑cooled computing cabinet engineered for high‑density industrial computing systems. Its integrated heat exchanger minimizes footprint and reduces total cost of ownership, delivering reliable cooling in environments where air cooling is insufficient.
With nominal cooling capacities of 25 kW and 50 kW, Gaia supports extensive loads, including full configurations of Zeus rack servers or customer‑specific hardware. It maintains stable thermal conditions through a sealed internal airflow combined with liquid cooling, making it ideal for semiconductor fabs and other thermally constrained industrial settings.
A built‑in power distribution unit, mains switching, overload protection, and optional 200 V / 400 V variants ensure safe and compliant operation. The cabinet is designed around stringent industrial safety practices, including Emergency Machine Off (EMO) integration and multiple malfunction‑detection sensors.
Gaia supports fast deployment and easy maintenance, with modular components, hot‑swappable fans and sensors, and complete integration with Prodrive Centralized Management for diagnostics, fleet monitoring, and mixed hardware management.
